HIV is no Mystery – Merrionette Park, IL

Join the South Suburban Health Alliance for our 6th Annual World’s AIDS Day Celebration. This year we will take a look at the advancements in HIV/AIDS prevention, care, and treatment. We are proud to announce that we will present our 1st annual Ann Dunmore Advocacy of the Year Award, to a deserving volunteer, paid staff or individual striving to meet the challenges of HIV prevention and care at the community level.
Following our award presentation we will partake in evening of fun and laughter with a 1920’s murder mystery dinner experience. Put on by the Murder Mystery Co. of Chicago. Feel free to dress in your best 1920’s gear or come as you are. . . . Dress for this night of murderous mayhem includes flapper dresses, zoot suits, feather boas and headbands, pinstriped suits and fedoras. If you aren’t feeling that jive you can dress as a private detective to help solve the crime, just don’t frame the wrong guy!
Tickets are $50 and include the show, a full meal, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages. A Full Cash bar is available. Doors open at 4:00pm . .
Networking and Vendors 5:00pm Dinner and Show (guests will be seated, show will begin). Free HIV/Hep C testing will be available along with other health information provided by community based organizations.
