Pride Without Fear Binational Conference

The 1st Annual Pride Without Fear Binational Conference 2026 brings together people and organizations from San Diego and Tijuana who share a common mission: to end the HIV epidemic and improve the health and well-being of our communities. Whether you work in HIV prevention, treatment, PrEP/PEP, linkage to care, sexual health, public health, community outreach, case management, LGBTQIA+ services, research, pharmacy, or advocacy, your work makes an impact, and we would love to have you be part of this important binational conversation. The conference will be an opportunity to connect across the border, exchange ideas and experiences, strengthen partnerships, and learn from one another as we continue working toward a future without HIV stigma and barriers to care.
