Transform SF at El/La Para TransLatinas – San Francisco, California

On Friday, October 16th, the Transform SF Collaborative will be present at El/La Para TransLatinas in SF’s Mission District to provide free, rapid HIV testing, PrEP resources and information to access primary care, hormone therapy, dental health, and behavioral health services.
We will be present from 1 PM – 3 PM PDT to provide these services during El/La Para TransLatinas’ COVID-19 Relief event for the Latinx transgender and gender non-conforming communities who live, work, and play in San Francisco.
