Hartford Youth HIV Identification and Linkage Group Latino Community Outreach Day – Hartford, CT

October 15, 2018 @ 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

To mobilize a community wide outreach day that includes:

  1. HIV/STD/Hep C & Opioid prevention education at a high school via the health Interactive Project
  2. A didactic session at a local Catholic Church with a large Latino following abd an outreach
  3. Testing effort in a mostly Latino community.

All of these efforts will include prevention education, included PrEP information, as well as, HIV/Hep C screenings and linkage to care.
