National Latinx AIDS Awareness Day
October 15 marks National Latinx AIDS Awareness Day (NLAAD) — a national observance that highlights the importance of HIV prevention, testing, and treatment within Hispanic and Latinx communities.
The 2025 theme, “Start Treatment. Stick to It. Get Better.”, emphasizes how consistent care and treatment lead to healthier outcomes and help stop the transmission of HIV.
