Los hispanos\/latinos representan casi 1 de cada 4 (24%) casos de las personas  que viven con el VIH en los Estados Unidos., a pesar de representar s\u00f3lo el 17  por ciento de la poblaci\u00f3n nacional. Adem\u00e1s, por primera vez desde el 2008,  observamos que nuevos diagn\u00f3sticos de VIH entre los hispanos\/latinos aumentaron  en el 2014, a medida que observamos el impacto del estigma, la homofobia, la  transfobia crear mayores barreras para acceder a la prueba del VIH, la  prevenci\u00f3n, tratamiento y atenci\u00f3n. Dado que los hispanos\/latinos son el grupo  minoritario de m\u00e1s grande y de mayor crecimiento en los Estados Unidos., lidiar  con el VIH\/SIDA en esta comunidad es importante para la salud de nuestra  naci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El tema de este a\u00f1o  para NLAAD es &quot;Vamos a derrotar al SIDA, Con Ganas&quot;, y los invitamos  a participar en crear Conciencia sobre el VIH durante todo el a\u00f1o, usted puede  comprometerse a una de estas acciones:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Educarse sobre la prueba del <a href=\"http:\/\/nlaad.org\/es\/testing\/\" target=\"_blank\">VIH<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/nlaad.org\/es\/prep\/\" target=\"_blank\">PrEP<\/a> y <a href=\"http:\/\/nlaad.org\/es\/treatment\/\" target=\"_blank\">Tratamiento del VIH<\/a>;
